I dropped by to pick up a book from one of my Inner Circle friends.  We had a good chat about blogging…and right in the middle…he gave me a quick and firm DiNozzo Reprimand.  I mean he figuratively slapped the backside of my head….and just looked at me.  I deserved it and I needed it!

Good. That’s a sign you are challenging status quo.  It means you stirred up enough action and movement to get some attention.  It also means your inner circle is paying attention and has vested themselves in your growth and success.  It they didn’t care…they would say anything!

Either you aren’t doing enough to get some attention….or you’re not communicating with your inner circle.  Any idea worth it’s salt….should be bounced off a second set of ears and eyes.  When you start talking to your inner circle about your ideas….they will start making comments!

When someone tells you the hard truth…thank them for it.  Humility, respect and a willingness to be corrected are seeds of greatness.
