NICHE Networking adds 400+ F2F Exposures Monthly

It’s not a new slogan but it’s so true.  Visibility and Credibility bring Profitability!  People need to see you.  Then they need to see you in action.  And if that action looks good, they are more likely to hire you!  That’s one of the fundamentals of networking events.  You show up to get out of your cave and get some visibility.  You need to be SEEN!

A Networking Face 2 Face Exposure

Part of NICHE Referral Network training includes Face 2 Face Exposure.  A F2F Exposure is defined by:

  • Showing up at several strategic networking events.
  • Using your 60 Second Sizzle to turn heads.
  • Executing all 8 points on Networking an Event.
  • Being intentional about WHO you want to expose yourself to!
  • Knowing what to do when you sit down at the table.

Exposing your products and services in a way that your target market or referral partners can understand them is paramount!  It’s often unintentional, but you can be guilty of hiding the very aspects of your business that people need most!  Your job at a networking event is to EXPOSE your specializations and offerings!  Talk about it!  Define it!  Distinguish it!  We like to say, “It’s not net-sitting, net-eating, net-showing up, its net-working!”

NICHE F2F Exposure Goals

Your F2F goals will vary, but in class we set this standard.

3 Networking Events a week and 100 Exposures

  • 1 Networking Breakfast with 20 people
  • 1 Networking Lunch with 20 people
  • 1 Mixer or Chamber Event with 60 people

That’s 100 NICHE F2F Exposures a  week or 400 a month!

F2F Connection Goals

Taking that process once step farther means talking and making appointments.  An exposure means they saw and heard you.

A connection means you talked to them personally and may have made an appointment.

The rule of thumb is:

  • 10 F2F Connections with conversation per event.
  • 2 Appointments per event.

So just to recap….if you follow the NICHE Networking F2F plan, you will

  1. Expose yourself professionally to over 400 people a month.
  2. Face to face conversations with over 120 professionals a month
  3. Sit down F2F appointments with 24 targeted professionals a month.
